We have a consultative approach to assessing, fact finding, and customizing telecom and cloud-based solutions, utilizing the best-in-breed providers in the industry today and working with clients to determine unique needs, pain points, and business objectives. We broker over 100 telecom and cloud providers as well as both nationwide and international carriers, and utilize engineers that help determine the best solutions for each customer.
WHO IS CTC?
CTC was founded in 2006 by Frank A. Fránco, a former major account manager for MPower and PAETEC telecom providers. His tenure in the industry led him to establishing California Telecom Consultants, Inc. Prior to launching CTC, he previously owned First Class Cellular, a wireless company, for 12 years, providing unique insight into corporate and government accounts. He was also a leader of his Navy Communications Department for both the USS Blue Ridge LCC-19, an Amphibious Command Ship of the 7th fleet, and the USS Ingersoll DD-990, a Spruance Class Destroyer.
CTC is a certified minority business enterprise (MBE) in California on both the state and federal level. We are pleased to work with E-Rate for non-profit organizations, and hold a Cloud Technology Certification from the largest Master Agent in the US.
How does CTC work?
We serve as agents representing the needs of our California corporate clients in telecom and cloud technologies. Utilizing over 100 providers, we assess network topology, cyber security, bandwidth, and telecom requirements to create dynamic, effective partnerships. Our primary focus is educating our customers on the new cloud platforms, as well as cost reduction in capital expenditures, enhancing quality, and improving security. Once present cost analysis has been determined, we bring in five providers and their engineers to find the best match and the best price. We are there for project management and post sales. Our compensation can be voided upon reaching an agreement on a solution from one of our valued providers.
